Wentzensen`sarticle as referenced below is based on a proposal about Dual-staincytology for either the Ki-67 or p16, which acts as the cervicalcancer screening biomarkers (Wentzensen, 2014). The accuracy and theability to reproduce the dual-stain cytology were evaluated andconsidered a part of an approximated ten freshly trained evaluators.The methods used were p16 or Ki-67 human papillomavirus slidesacquired from women tissues and were then masked by the same tenevaluators. The methods used also touched on the participantsundergoing efficient training process and proficiency testing(Wentzensen, 2014). Having gonethrough the article, the author applied excellent evaluation of 10reproducibilities that lacked previous experience regarding thecervical cancer testing and assessment practice. Here, I would saythat the author paid more attention to the overall clinicalperformances that would later practice reference evaluation of thenewly practicing evaluators. As a result of this, the article gave asuggestion of p16 or Ki-67 evaluation of cytology, which I would havepreferred to focus more on routine laboratory practices on cytologywithout having limited training.
