As we all know humanis a social being, and by isolating someone from the rest of thesociety as well as the world adversely affects them mentally. Theseindividuals also lack freedom to move around and socialize withpeople as well as have what they need since in prison there islimited access to the outside world as well as no access to someluxuries such as cars and swimming pools. Having been confined in thesame place with other criminals there comes a risk of bullying whereweek inmates are bullied by the stronger inmates hence negativelyimpacting on their mental wellness.

Asmuch as schools have some negative impacts on individual’s pursuingeducation, it also has its own advantages. People who go to schoolusually have dreams to achieve hence education is one of the main keyfor an individual to be able to explore his career. It’s a sure wayof assisting individuals realize their potentials as well as reachtheir goals. More so by helping individuals build up their careers,it produces individuals who are professionals and qualified indifferent fields of study. These professionals who are qualifiedposses skills both in literacy and numeracy hence individuals areable to also pursue private ventures.
Prisonstoo have an advantage to its victims or rather inmates. First theseindividuals are offered another opportunity to education since someof the convicts might have not gotten such an opportunity out there.Inmates are able to get vocational training in different fields ofinterest such as carpentry as well as welding hence being able to getback to the society with a qualified skill therefore making theirlives better than they used to be.
